La Grande Motte

Based in Montpellier France, Mary beautifully captures Jean Balladur’s humanist concrete forms which make ‘La Grande Motte’ one of the most iconic brutalist architectural sites of France. With accompanying text by Rufus Knight, and catalogue also available to purchase developed by design studio ‘Index’.

Mary is a New Zealand photographer living in Montpellier, France.

Currently she divides her time between France and London and as much other travelling as she can do.

Gaudin photographs encapsulates distinctive characteristics of the country she is in. She has interest in capturing architecture and also produces what she calls 'life books' - images of people's homes to present who they are and their living environment.
